Which materials do you use?
We use different material qualities, tailored to the purpose and requirements of the product.
Various types of rubber are available (NBR, X-NBR, SBR, EPDM, including food-grade rubber with FDA certification), silicone, and polyurethane.
In case of special requirements, we also offer individually customized solutions regarding material selection and design.
Can you rubberize a roller from the catalog with a different rubber hardness?
Yes, each roller can be manufactured with a different hardness or quality of rubber, tailored to your needs.
What are the delivery times for rollers from the catalog?
We have many rubberized and steel rollers for various woodworking machines in stock.
If a product from our catalog is currently out of stock, the usual delivery times are as follows:
- Rubberized and silicone rollers: 3–5 working days
- Rubberizing of rollers: 5–7 working days
- Hardened steel rollers: 1–2 weeks
- Chromed steel rollers: 2–3 weeks
Do you make custom cylinders and rollers and what is the delivery time?
Yes, we also manufacture rollers and cylinders to order or based on a sample.
The delivery times for custom products are:
- Rubber rollers: 2 weeks
- Hardened steel rollers: 1–2 weeks
- Extra chromed steel rollers: 2–3 weeks
- new rollers: by arrangement
Can you also manufacture just a single piece of a cylinder or roller?
Yes, we can easily manufacture a single piece, small series, or larger quantities. Regardless of the order size, we provide the same professional advice, precise manufacturing, and individual attention.
Are returns and exchanges of products possible?
Returns and exchanges are only possible for standard products from our catalog and price list (does not apply to special productions). If a standard product is unused and undamaged, you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To which countries do you ship ordered products?
We ship products worldwide. We work with reliable courier services such as GLS, DHL, FedEx, and others.
