Return of products

In the case of contracts concluded through the online store, the customer has the right to within 14 days to the company ELASTOMERI d.o.o. informs that he is withdrawing from the contract (it is not necessary to state the reasons). The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods.

The buyer has no right to withdraw from contracts for products:

• which has been manufactured according to the exact instructions of the consumer (adapted to his personal needs),
• which by its nature is not eligible for repayment,
• which has visible traces of use or assembly of the product (dust, hair, scratches, stains, dirt – hygienic defects),
• which is returned inseparably and mixed with other objects.

If the buyer has already received the products and withdraws from the contract, he must return the products undamaged and in the same quantity to the company within 14 days after notification of the company of his withdrawal. The product should be returned by the buyer in the original undamaged packaging in order to avoid the reduction in the refund. Upon return, the buyer should enclose a copy of the original invoice and any other related documentation in the shipment. The packaging of the product must be undamaged.

The buyer is responsible for reducing the value of the product if the decrease in value is due to conduct that is not necessarily necessary to determine the nature, properties and performance of the products.

Refunds will be made by ELASTOMERI d.o.o. performed no later than 14 days after receipt of withdrawal from the contract. ELASTOMERI d.o.o. reserves the right to withhold a refund of payments received until receipt of the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back. The purchase price received will be returned by the company with the same means of payment as used by the buyer at the time of purchase, unless he has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment.

The period of the right to withdraw from the contract starts from the day when the buyer accepted the products, and on the provision of services from the day of concluding the contract or from the day when the company fulfilled this obligation.

Withdrawal from the contract is made by the buyer by sending an unambiguous statement of withdrawal from the contract via e-mail to info@elastomeri.si. The buyer shall be deemed to have submitted the withdrawal statement in a timely manner if he sends it within the time limit set for withdrawal from the contract.
