In the Elastomeri online shop, My Account gives you quick and easy access to information about your orders. As a registered user, you have access to a wealth of data. This allows you to check the status of your order or (if possible) change your personal information and address for receiving invoices and delivery. You can create your profile and receive our e-news with special offers, current discounts and news. You’ll find a handy overview on the My Account introductory page. Here you can change passwords, edit personal data and delivery addresses and invoices, subscribe to e-news, etc.
1. My orders
Review orders
All orders are systematically sorted by date. Each order has its own serial number, which you can use to facilitate communication with clerks and identification of the item at personal collection. The list shows the date of the order, the price of the item and the stage of processing the order.
Order Details – Shipment Tracking
Within each order, you see all the information you provided when ordering. This includes the address for sending the invoice, the delivery address, the delivery method, the payment method, the item identification, the number of items ordered and the price. Under the „Shipment tracking“ function, you can also check where your order is currently located (preparation of items in the warehouse, shipping via delivery service, waiting for collection, etc.).
E-news
Would you like to be informed about news, discounts and special promotions such as free shipping, discounts, seasonal sales, promotional kits, the most popular items and the likes? Simply check „Yes, I want to receive e-news and you will receive it straight into your inbox“. We send e-news weekly.
Account termination
If you select User account termination, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to terminate your account.
ATTENTION: Once cancelled, the account cannot be reinstated and further access to order data is prevented.
2. Wish list
If you buy the same items from us more often, you can create your own wish lists for future purchases to make it easier to place an order. You can save an individual item to the list by clicking on the „Save to list“ button. You can then freely edit the wish lists as you wish.
3. My data
Here you change your personal data (name, surname, delivery address and invoice).

Order by phone
You can also place an order by phone. We are available from Monday to Thursday from 7 am to 4.30 pm and on Fridays from 7 am to 2 pm.
